Hi, I’m Ross O’Lochlainn, a marketing buff and proud Irishman living in Montreal, Quebec.

Also the Founder and CEO of Conversion Engineering, and author of Open Every Day.

My clients call me the “conversion engineer” because as a former Mechanical Engineer, I have a certain knack for understanding how things work, beneath the surface.

The big struggle all my clients share is getting their sales campaigns performing to the high level they’ve come to expect. But in a hype-free way that connects with their customers.

And it’s a big deal. Customers today are more skeptical than ever, having suffered through too many exaggerated sales promises.

That’s why I became more than a little excited when I discovered a simple, effective “model” to selling — without having to resort to over-hyped, exaggerated benefits. In a jiffy, I was able to write copy that forges a real bond with customers and produces “business changing” sales — all without resorting to sleazy marketing tactics. This has resulted in record breaking marketing campaigns for my clients. All while producing more, higher quality customers.
